Pros on Call is a family-owned business headquartered in Austin, TX. Our company has been servicing the household, automotive, and industrial locksets and security hardware of Phoenix, Arizona and neighboring regions for 5+ years and we are continuously looking for new technicians and locksmiths to join our Phoenix, Arizona branch – 602 Locksmith.

FULL-SERVICE LOCKSMITH (Full Time Position) in Phoenix, AZ

If you’re a knowledgeable lock technician serving the area around Phoenix, or want to become one, and you’re interested in full-time employment with one of Phoenix’s best locksmith companies, we would like to meet you! Our company has a great reputation among the businesses, motorists, and residents of Phoenix. We also offer preference to lock technicians willing to move nationwide or within Arizona itself.

Description

Full service locksmiths are responsible for last minute and scheduled jobs in Phoenix, AZ and nearby regions relating to fixing, installing, and rekeying automobile, commercial, and residential locks. Additionally, you will address requests for key duplication, various lockout situations, laser cutting keys, and programming car transponder keys. Keep in mind that since this is a full-time job, you will be required to be on call for several hours.

Job Functions

Besides the proficiencies mentioned previously, you have to be informed and experienced in:

• cutting spare keys with key cutting machines
• car/home door unlocking
• fixing and putting in high-tech locks such as keypad locks, biometric locks, and electronic deadbolts
• lock replacement
• rekeying commercial, vehicle, and residential locksets
• disassembling and reassembling lock parts
• all requests associated with automotive, residential, and business locksmithing
• installing commercial security systems like CCTVs and push bars while using required tools
• repairing and replacing car ignitions

Do you have little experience as a locksmith? Do you have some experience with auto locks? We are able to teach applicants who are dedicated and able to learn! Standard Conditions at Work

• being on-call 24 hours a day, 6 days a week to travel in and around the Phoenix, AZ area
• heavy-duty uniforms supplied
• ability to lift heavy objects
• ability to work in tense environments and maintain your calm
• ability to work in all weather conditions

Standard Qualifications

If you think that you are able to execute each of the duties mentioned previously, make sure you possess the subsequent credentials too before submitting an application:

• customer service oriented (this means being polite and friendly)
• high school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of locksmith experience (preferred)
• valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• valid status in the US (citizen, permanent resident, or work visa holder)
• dependable van or car for work

Salary

Salary for this job is commission-based, dependent upon salesmanship and working experience.
